Reprint Policy

At Inovelia, we take pride in our meticulous production process across all our offered products. In the unlikely event that an error occurs during the production of any product that is not attributable to customer input during the ordering process, such as an error in printing or design, we offer a comprehensive reprint policy. If you encounter an issue due to our production process, please notify our customer support team within 30 days of receiving your product. We will thoroughly investigate the matter, and if the error is determined to be a result of production, we will initiate a reprint at no additional cost to you. This policy does not cover errors resulting from customer input or failure to adhere to warnings provided during the artwork proofing stage. Our aim is to ensure that you receive flawless products that accurately reflect your professional image.

Shipping Policy

We handle every aspect of your order with care, from placement to production and packaging. Once your order is handed over to the shipping carrier, our responsibility ends. Any shipping-related issues, such as damage during transit or undeliverable items, must be addressed directly with the carrier. A reshipment fee, 110% of the initial shipping charge, will apply if your order is returned to us due to being undeliverable. We offer various shipping options to suit your needs, including standard and expedited shipping. Upon shipment, you'll receive a tracking number to monitor delivery. Shipment Tracking Number

Turnaround Timeframe

We understand the importance of timely delivery for your products. For our standard products, we typically offer a turnaround time of 5-7 days from the date of order placement to delivery. Our goal is to produce these items efficiently without compromising on quality. For custom products, which may have varying specifications, the turnaround time is generally 20-30 days. Our team works closely with you to understand your unique requirements and provide an estimated timeframe for production and delivery.
